The Faculties of Health Sciences and Life Sciences have major strategic research strengths in the following areas: cardiovascular sciences; population health sciences; biodesign (synthetic biology); neurosciences; infection, immunity, tissue repair and cancer biology.
In addition there are strengths in many aspects of underpinning molecular and cell biology as well as population health methodological research. Applicants will be considered who complement and add value to our existing strengths in biomedical and health research.
