Welcome to the CGIA

The Centre for Governance and International Affairs is concerned with the actors, issues and processes that play a critical role in global governance. It comprises five core research groups: Non-Traditional and Human Security, International Development and Governance, European Governance, Gender and Governance and International Politics. The Centre conducts academic and policy-oriented research, networking and training activities with a view to offer cutting-edge analysis of developments and trends within/between states and societies and suggest avenues for the transformation of global order.
