Positive Working Environment
We are committed to creating and sustaining a positive, inspiring and inclusive working and learning environment for all our students and staff members. We recognise the value of every individual and we aim to achieve an environment where everyone is treated with respect, where no one is discriminated on the basis of their protected characteristics or personal circumstances, and where each individual is supported to reach their full potential.
The University has an established policy and guidance on acceptable behaviour and a network of Acceptable Behaviour Service. Staff and students can also report anonymously or request advice on how to deal with unacceptable behaviour through the Report and Support service.
