Applicants for postgraduate study

If your school and higher education combined totals 16 years or more (excluding retake years), and you have graduated with good grades from a recognised higher education institution, it is most likely that the University would be able to consider you for a postgraduate Masters programme of study.

If you have studied for 17 years or more, and as above, have achieved high grades from a reputable institution, then you may be eligible to apply for research study at Bristol. However, in certain circumstances this may not be the case. For example, the syllabus you have followed may not be compatible with the University of Bristol syllabus, or the amount of research/project work undertaken at Bachelor or Masters level may be quite different.
