7 studentships are available for excellent scientists and engineers who wish to pursue a PhD in cross-disciplinary research on the frontlines of Science and Engineering in four key research areas: Cybersecurity, Digital Innovations, Hazards and Synthetic Biology. While there is no formal deadline, these positions will close once filled.
20 fully-funded scholarships for programmes in PhD research at the University of Bristol are available to Chinese students in a new joint initiative with the Chinese Scholarships Council. If you're a University of Bristol student or graduate interested in a research degree, you could benefit from a ten per cent reduction in your tuition fees. The discount is available to students starting a degree on or after 1 August 2017.
A scheme which offers scholarships to people from refugee and asylum seeking communities to study at University. This scholarship offers support towards the costs of Higher Education for those who have faced barriers to access education in the past. Please note that the deadline for 2016 applications has now closed, but the 2017/18 will open soon.
Additional funding is available through the University of Bristol Postgraduate Research Scholarship.
