Stata review

Stata is a general purpose statistical package that will fit many kinds of multilevel models. It has an active group of users with discussion lists and forums for software exchange. Much of the multilevel functionality of STATA has been contributed by users writing macros, some of which have become incorporated in the core code. The review will use version 8.
