Information for graduates

Can I use the Careers Service?

Yes! You can still use the Careers Service for up to three years after graduation. This means you still have access to appointments, events, workshops, fairs and mycareer.

If you're making a one-off journey to Bristol, please contact us beforehand. Our appointments can book up quickly on the day so we recommend graduates give us a call to discuss how their time would be best spent at the Careers Service.

Your Graduate Career newsletter

Keeping up to date with careers news is easy! Our Graduate Career newsletter is available on the website. This will be updated termly, with opportunities and information for recent graduates.

Access to mycareer

Mycareer is our careers management system aimed at helping you get where you want to be. Once logged in you can see vacancies, events, careers resources and more.

Shortly after you graduate your Single Sign On access will be disabled. Don't panic! You can still access the system, all you need to do is reset your details.

On the mycareer login screen simply select 'Having problems?' and enter your details. This will then be submitted to us and we will approve your access. Please be aware, this can sometimes take several working days.

Destination of Leavers from Higher Education survey

Every year, we contact our 6500 graduates as part of the Destination of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey to find out what they are doing six months after graduation.

If you graduated from university or left your course in the last six months, you will be invited to take part in the survey - we want to hear from you!

Our DLHE information page has more detail about the survey and how we use the results.
