Rather than dwelling on any issue or problem, students are encouraged to speak with their unit tutor for initial advice. If they prefer any student can visit the Hall Office to see Kate Strong, the Hall Executive Assistant, for advice during the working day - or if they would like to discuss their problem with the Warden, Kate can make an appointment for Mrs Evans to make herself available.
It is important that no one should feel they have nowhere to turn in a crisis.
The Hall will offer advice and recommend possible avenues to resolve any issues that are brought to their notice. All conversations are confidential with information only being shared with the agreement of the student concerned.
