All delegates attending seminars, conferences, and events held in our residences are required to pre-book visitor parking spaces through the Conference Office Team.

Delegates may also purchase parking over the phone or by text message using the virtual pay and display systems located in each car park. Please note that visitor spaces are limited, and we encourage delegates to use public transportation or other alternatives to driving whenever possible. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Disabled visitors

Disabled visitors are encouraged to use the designated disabled parking spaces closest to their destination. If all designated spaces are occupied, alternative arrangements should be made to accommodate parking in a suitable location. Disabled visitors are not required to obtain a virtual permit but must display a valid Blue Badge.

Business visitors

Staff who wish to book parking for their visitors can register for an online account with PermitSmarti and purchase vouchers through VoucherSmarti. Through this secure online account, staff can set up Visitor Vouchers and pay via Cost Code at any time.
