Wedding ceremonies

We have a range of options for your wedding ceremony from the intimate rotunda in the gardens, the panelled Mahogany Parlour to the ornate Drawing Room.

Wedding receptions and catering

The Orangery has a maximum capacity of 110 for a seated meal and 150 for a more informal standing buffet style meal. We work in partnership with our carefully selected caterer to produce outstanding food with the highest level of service. ‌‌

‌“Thandi and the events team were incredible in the lead up to our wedding, during the planning process and on the wedding day itself. Hannah provided all of the details we needed when we initially contacted the venue, including arranging our initial visit and inviting us to the open afternoon to meet the caterers and revisit the venue with some close family.

Thandi took over a few months before the wedding and was super helpful, always very responsive to emails and great at chasing up extra details and answers to our questions. Meeting in person to check through the wedding checklist and discuss details of the day was great, as well as booking the venue to allow for set up the day before the wedding and collection of everything the morning after. Thandi was especially helpful in liaising with the caterer when issues arose, offering support and helping with quick resolution, which was greatly appreciated.

Emilia and Nina helped with set up, testing of the sound system and on the day running the wedding through to the caterer taking over for the wedding breakfast. They were wonderful, keeping everything running smoothly and working unobtrusively to support our day. We cannot thank the Venue and Events team enough for helping us to have the best day we could imagine, in such a beautiful venue.”

“We were really impressed by the whole service provided. Our Events Coordinator, Corey, was very friendly and extremely helpful, taking our requests on board to create the perfect event for us. From the initial introductory Zoom call, right through to the end of the evening of the event, Corey helped us every step of the way.

The catering team were also excellent. Corey helped us to put together the ideal menu for the event, and the catering team then called us ahead of the event to finalise details and check timings. On the day, Aiden and the team provided a sterling service, making our guests feel welcome and keeping us informed.

The venue was stunning. The Orangery itself was beautiful, and the bright, sunny afternoon allowed us to make the most of the elegant grounds, which served as an amazing backdrop for the official photographs. We had lived in Bristol for several years, but we had no idea that this beautiful venue was sitting here, right in the heart of Clifton Village. The Orangery made our wedding celebration even more special.”
