Neil James, Head of Venues & Events
Having worked in the Hotel Industry for 22 years before joining the University 2018, I am now responsible for the University of Bristol's Venues & Events Department. Customers are the centre of our business, so my goal is to always ensure our team deliver high levels of service and build exceptional relationship with our clients.

Natalie Parsons, Client Relations Manager
Having worked in a number of departments at the University, I am now responsible for developing new and building upon existing customer relations, business development, marketing and proactive sales.

Alice Holborn, Venues & Events Manager
Since graduating with a degree in Event Management, I have worked in several different sectors within the events industry. Since 2019 I have been in the position of Venues and Events Manager, leading the team of Event Coordinators and ensuring that our high service levels are maintained.

Hazel Bunting, Venues & Events Manager
I have been working for the Venues and Events Office since 2003 and since August 2021, I have been in the position of Venues and Events Manager. I enjoy leading a new team with my vast knowledge and experience of events at the University. I love working with people, problem-solving and challenges.

Hannah Anderson, Senior Events Coordinator (currently on maternity leave)
Since graduating University with a degree in Event Management, I have experience working in an agency, venue finding and in sales & planning within hotels and venues in London. I joined the team in July 2021 and my role is to co-ordinate all kinds of events for both internal and external clients working across all campuses and the many venues available.

Corey Moore, Senior Events Coordinator
After studying music at various institutions in both the UK (including the University of Bristol) and China, the pandemic brought me back to the UK. I returned to the University to support the management of Covid-19 testing operations before joining the events team. I support clients in the delivery of their events; from filming and conferences to weddings and banquets.

Emilia Rossi, Events Coordinator
I joined the team in September 2021 with experience in the weddings and catering industry and a degree in Events Management. I really do enjoy working with the team to create brilliant and unique experiences for our clients.

Nina Bullock, Events Coordinator
My background is Events and Catering as a key account manager for several large organisations, including the University of Bristol. Due to the pandemic and how it affected independent businesses, I was made redundant. I am pleased to have joined the team in 2022, being back in the world of events that I have a passion and experience for.

Thandi Dube, Weddings & Special Events Coordinator
I joined the team in 2022 as the very first dedicated Wedding and Special Events Coordinator. Previous to this I worked as an Event Coordinator in a hotel but was unfortunately made redundant due to the pandemic. I am thrilled to be back working in events after these difficult 2 years and enjoy helping our clients plan their special day.
