Biography

Héloïse Aboulker is a Strategy and Operations consultant with extensive experience across digital platforms, mobility and consumer sectors. She has held leadership roles at McKinsey, eBay and Jaguar Land Rover.

At eBay, she spent seven years leading UK C2C customer experience and commercial performance, with responsibility for growth and P&L delivery. She later served as COO of Jaguar Land Rover’s venture studio, where she launched new mobility services and developed new business models.

As an independent consultant, Héloïse advises senior teams on market entry, corporate innovation, customer experience and complex programme delivery. Her clients have included global consumer brands, technology companies and transport operators.

Héloïse began her career as a solicitor and holds an MBA from INSEAD. She joins the Board as part of the University’s Governance Apprenticeship Programme.
