Request wellbeing support

If you're feeling anxious, lonely or worried, or you are concerned about someone else, contact us so we can identify the best support for you.

Our wellbeing services are free and open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. We offer friendly and practical advice or refer you on to more specialist services if you need them.

When to use the form

Complete the Request Wellbeing Support form if you have a worry or problem that is not an emergency. You will get an automatic confirmation email, then we will contact you later with advice.

If your situation changes, call our advisers on +44 (0)117 456 9860 who will add any additional information to your form.

If it's an emergency

Don't use the form if it's an emergency. Find out who to contact instead.

Worried about someone else

Parents, friends and others can also use this form to let us know about a student they are worried about. Learn more about helping someone else.

Medical support

Don't use the form for physical or mental health difficulties that require medical support, or if you need a medical certificate. For these, get an appointment with your doctor. You can register at our Students' Health Service or register with another GP.
