When to pay your fees
Find out when to pay your tuition and accommodation fees, including deadlines and instalment dates.
When to pay your tuition fees
During registration, you must confirm how you will pay your tuition fees. If you are paying any of the fees yourself, you must pay at least 50% by the tuition fee due date.
You do not need to make a payment if your tuition fees are paid in full by a sponsor, or by the Student Loans Company (undergraduate students only).
You can pay your fees in full or in two instalments using your financial statement.
- Pay in full on or before 12 October 2026
- Pay in two instalments on or before:
- 12 October 2026: 50% of your fee
- 25 January 2027: 50% of your fee

You can pay your fees in full or in three instalments using your financial statement.

For programmes that start in January, you can pay your fees in full or in two instalments:
- Pay in full on or before 25 January 2027
- Pay in two instalments on or before:
- 25 January 2027
- 26 April 2027
Check your financial statement for the amount due at each instalment.
You can pay your fees in full or in two instalments using your financial statement.
- Pay in full on or before 12 October 2026
- Pay in two instalments on or before:
- 12 October 2026: 50% of your fee
- 25 January 2027: 50% of your fee
For programmes that start in January:
- you must pay in full on or before 25 January 2027 using your financial statement.
Check if you have to pay tuition fees.
- If you are studying for the full academic year, you can pay in instalments.
- If you are studying for one semester, you must pay in full using your financial statement.
When to pay your accommodation fees
Postgraduate students need to pay an amount in advance to accept their offer.
Pay in full on or before 24 September 2026 via your financial statement
or
pay in instalments on or before the dates:
- 24 September 2026: 40% of fee
- 25 January 2027: 30% of fee
- 27 April 2027: 30% of fee.
You can set up a direct debit by 9 September 2026 so payment is taken automatically on those dates.
If you do not set this up by Wednesday 9 September, your accommodation invoice will automatically be split into the 3 instalments. You can then make the payments manually via your financial statement.
Pay in full on or before 24 September 2026 via your financial statement.

If you live in one of our nomination properties (Deans Court, Woodland Court or Chantry Court) you will pay your rent directly to A2Dominion or Unite. You can pay in full or in instalments.
Pay before your invoice is issued
Your tuition fee invoice will be automatically raised once you have completed online registration.
If you want to pay before your invoice is issued, contact student-fees@bristol.ac.uk to arrange an advance payment.
