If you need money advice or are worried about your finances, you can contact us.
Our money advisers will do their best to help you. We will:
- be respectful and explain things clearly and simply
- treat what you tell us confidentially
- refer you to other support services if needed.
How to contact a Student Money Adviser
There are several ways to get support from us.
Join a drop-in session with a Student Money Adviser
Meet a money adviser on Microsoft Teams. There are 2 drop-in sessions every day.
To join a session, select the time:
You do not need to book.
After you enter the session, a money adviser will join the meeting to offer you private support. Your session will be about 10 minutes.
Book an appointment with a Student Money Adviser
Book a 15-minute appointment with a Student Money Adviser.

Appointments are on Microsoft Teams or phone call. It will just be you and one adviser.
