If we want to keep children safe from serious violence, we have to be much more serious about preventing Domestic Abuse and Violence.

Join a free Virtual Learning Café by the Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) where Dr Jade Levell will share her research on the cross-overs and strategic gaps in policy making between domestic abuse and ‘knife crime’.

Dr Levell is a Senior Lecturer in Social and Public Policy (Criminology and Gender Violence) in the School for Policy Studies. Her first book, Boys, Childhood Domestic Abuse, and Gang Involvement: Violence at Home, Violence On-Road has been highly recommended, including by the Domestic Abuse Commissioner for England and Wales.

The event will run online using MS Teams on Wednesday 4 December 2024, 11am - 12pm.
