The event will consist of a combination of presentations, breakout groups, and networking opportunities exploring a range of relevant aspects including housing policy, homelessness, financial resilience, mental health, utilities, and what ‘home’ means to different people and their sense of belonging. The main event will wrap up around 17:00, followed by a networking drinks reception.

• Professor Alex Marsh, Professor of Public Policy at the University of Bristol
• Dr Beth Stone, Lecturer in Policy Studies at the University of Bristol

We also plan to share a thought-provoking short film by Inside Housing featuring Mr Chris Burns, who will share his lived experience.

The purpose of this event is to bring together a range of voices and perspectives to identify potential synergies and new spaces for collaboration both internally and externally, and to explore new directions and research questions on this topic. We particularly welcome participants with lived experience of the topics under discussion.

We will develop a contingency plan in case we need to move the event online due to COVID rates.
