- PhD opportunities in QET LabsWe welcome applications from people looking for a PhD in Physics or Engineering who are interested in working within QET Labs. When you apply please select your Faculty as the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Programme as Physics, and research interest as Quantum Photonics.
- PhD through the Quantum Information Science and Technologies CDTQuantum Information Science and Technologies (QIST) is an EPSRC funded CDT jointly hosted at University of Bristol and University of Sussex. The QIST CDT boasts a bespoke training model tailored to the training needs of QIST that disrupts the tradition of training PhD graduates and our students receive cutting-edge training. Applications are currently open for the September 2025 intake, deadline 10 February.
- MSc in Optoelectronic and Quantum TechnologiesThe MSc in Optoelectronic and Quantum Technologies offers a one-year full-time masters programme, where students will gain a deep understanding of the design, fabrication and use of the next generation of integrated circuits, sub-systems and systems that combine optics, electronics and quantum engineering for applications in communications, computing, sensing, and healthcare. Places are limited and allocated on a continuous basis until all places are filled; see the website for further details.
