Cognitive neuroscience
Researchers in the Cognitive Neuroscience group are exploring the neural mechanisms that underpin a range of fundamental cognitive processes across the lifespan, including
- perception
- action
- language
- decision-making
- social cognition
- olfaction
- memory
using a combination of behavioural and psychophysiological measures, functional brain imaging (fMRI, DTI, TMS and electrophysiology) and by exploring cognition in neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders.
