The primary responsibility will be the manipulation and analysis of data from the Avon Longitudinal Study of Children and Parents (ALSPAC). This will require expertise in managing large data sets in STATA and the use of statistical methods and techniques such as generalised estimating quotations, multivariable logistic regression and discrete survival analysis.
