Housing, ‘Home’ and Poverty

On the afternoon of 18th May 2023, the Bristol Poverty Institute (BPI) held an in-person event on Housing, ‘Home’ and Poverty at the University of Bristol.

The event included engaging presentations from a fantastic panel of speakers, a powerful lived experience testimony on how housing, 'home' and poverty can intersect with disabilties, and breakout groups which further explored how the concepts of housing, ‘home’ and poverty can interrelate. The event concluded with a drinks reception.
