Law School Lecture: International commercial arbitration: the same rules everywhere?

This short and interactive lecture will be delivered by Dr Mark Campbell

International commercial arbitration is one of the most harmonised areas of international commercial law. In other words, both the law and practice of international commercial arbitration are characterised by high levels of convergence. Yet, that does not mean complete uniformity across jurisdictions, and there remain points of divergence in and around the legal frameworks which govern arbitral procedure.
