IT Self Service Site (UoB only)

If you are a current member of staff or student, you can use the IT Self Service Site to:

  • Report an incident.
  • Make a request for a service, such as ordering a laptop or getting access to a service.
  • Use the Knowledge Base facility to help you find the information you need.
  • Keep track of your IT incidents and service requests in the My Items area.

More support options

The Student Laptop and Mobile clinic can provide students with 1:1 support with their devices.

The IT Counter, located in the Arts and Social Sciences Library, is available for staff to drop off and collect IT devices and accessories.
