If you are a current member of staff or student, you can use the IT Self Service Site to:

  • Report an incident
  • Make a request for a service, such as ordering a laptop or getting access to a service
  • Use the Knowledge Base facility to help you find the information you need
  • Keep track of your IT incidents and service requests in the My Items area.

Form for students to report problems with accessing their University account when overseas

This form is for University students who are currently overseas and need to report an access problem that prevents them from using the self-service site or calling the IT Service Desk.

If you are able to use the self-service site or call the Service Desk, use those methods; otherwise, complete the form.
