Scholarships and Bursaries
We have invested up to £6 million in Think Big scholarships to help international students come to Bristol in 2025, along with bursaries exclusive to students from our partner universities who apply to Bristol via the Global Transfer Programme.
As an international student joining us on our Global Transfer Programme, there are three funding opportunities you can apply for:
See below for key application deadlines.
You will only submit one application.
We will then automatically consider you against all different types of financial support, including the Global Transfer Bursary and the Think Big Scholarship Programme.
You are only able to receive one scholarship/fee discount. If you are shortlisted for more than one scholarship/fee discount, you will automatically be awarded the higher amount. The Global Transfer Bursary is not considered a scholarship, which means you can receive both the bursary and a scholarship.
Think Big Scholarship Programme
Our flagship Think Big Scholarships support international students with tuition fee discounts for undergraduate and postgraduate study. These are competitive awards available to students from various countries.
