Additional annual leave guidance is now available on the Staff Intranet, to supplement the annual leave section of the University Terms and Conditions of Employment. The guidance is aimed primarily at absence coordinators and line managers but may be of interest to any staff member. New excel-based annual leave calculators are also available, allowing any staff member to calculate their own annual leave entitlement so long as they have a regular weekly or fortnightly work pattern. Line managers and absence coordinators should continue to use the efficient and reliable annual leave reports in MyERP to obtain annual leave entitlements for the staff in their area. For guidance on how to run the reports, see the MyERP Support Site. Individuals should direct any queries about annual leave to their line manager in the first instance. If necessary, line managers and absence coordinators can seek further support from the HR Employee Services Hub team.
