Staff Physical Health Festival

The Staff Physical Health Festival is taking place next week from 23-27 January and is the next in the series of the University’s hugely popular wellbeing roadshows.

The festival is free and open to all University staff. There will be a large range of virtual and in-person events running throughout the week. We would appreciate you encouraging your staff to attend. Equally I am sure your team members will also feel encouraged if they see their managers and senior management getting involved in the events. Wellbeing activities such as these are an important part of the culture at the University, and staff should feel confident in making time to take part.

Find the full list of events and booking details on the Staff Physical Health Festival SharePoint site.

Additional Bank Holiday – Monday 8 May 2023

There is an additional Bank Holiday in 2023 on Monday 8 May to mark the King’s Coronation.

ERP and the off-system annual leave calculation tool includes this additional bank holiday, so it will be picked up in annual leave calculations for part time staff.

Further information on annual leave calculations is on the Staff SharePoint site.

A list of Key Dates is published on the University website.
