Whilst the festive season is full of celebration and joy for many, it can also bring mixed emotions for others due to a variety of circumstances. You might be experiencing your first Christmas without a loved one, feeling lonely, or worrying about how you can afford presents. If you are feeling vulnerable at this time, please remember there is support available via the Staff wellbeing support site. If you require immediate support from a counsellor, the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is open 24/7 across the Christmas period.
