Updated Organisation Structure
The organisation structure for this year has been updated and can be located on the MyERP support site here: MyERP - Organisation structure (sharepoint.com). Required changes are made to the structure on an annual basis. The Reference Data Change Group is responsible for reviewing these in terms of the impact to downstream systems. Develop - One Year In
Develop, our new learning and development platform, was launched to all staff in April 2021. We have been delighted with how staff across the University have been engaging with Develop – more than 9,400 individuals have logged in so far, to access a wide range of learning and development courses and activities including Essential Training and Development Reviews. This one-page report (linked from our SharePoint page) details some of the highlights, one academic year after launching Develop – including engagement figures, example content, feedback and features coming soon.
