Each reward panel includes a range of staff from across the University. They include three to five fully trained people, including:
Technical Advisors (Human Resources Officers/Managers) chair the meeting. They support open, fair and unbiased discussions. They ensure the Panel makes decisions based on consensus and document all decisions.
Management Representatives come from a cross-section of the University's Faculties/Schools and Divisions. They make decisions with other panellists and take guidance from the Technical Advisor.
Trade Union Representatives come from all recognised Trade Unions for University staff. They make decisions with other panel members and take guidance from the Technical Advisor.
