Senior Professional Services Staff

The following information and links below are designed to help senior professional services staff. The University's job evaluation method (UBJES) assesses the size of each Grade M role and decides it's position within the range.

There are two separate elements for senior professionals for role progression and job evaluation.

  1. We have annual procedures for movement to a higher salary point within a range. This role progression is set out in the Salary Review Procedure.
  2. Where there have been substantial changes to a role. Managers can follow the procedure for re-evaluations.
