We’ve created a job description repository to share the variety of roles at the University. This helps staff understand the skills needed to develop their career.
The library will continue to expand as job roles are added.
There are a wide variety of roles needed to run the University. Each role has a unique job description or a generic job description - where several people do essentially the same job, for example a Precinct Cleaner.
It's essential that the job description accurately reflects the role and it should be regularly reviewed by the member of staff and their manager.
