Dr. Daniella Forster will discuss the implications of her exciting research, including the moral injury reported to her by teachers and how they are experiencing their working conditions. Together, you will explore the themes that surfaced in her research and the potential value of ethical dialogue as a supportive practice for appreciating values and preventing attrition.
