Workstream 1 (WS1): Rapid multiscale modelling of as manufactured composite structures

Focusing on understanding how defects affect blade strength through advanced modelling. 

Workstream 2 (WS2): Process modelling 

Developing scalable simulations to design reliable manufacturing processes. 

Workstream 3 (WS3): Robust / reliability based design 

Applying stochastic methods to assess and reduce the impact of defects and variability.
