Fee status

For fees purposes, we classify students either as UK (Home), EU, Overseas or Channel Islands and Isle of Man students.

How we decide your fee status

Classification is largely determined by your residency and we follow regulations set by the UK government:

Find a summary of the regulations from the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA). UKCISA offer further advice and support for international students.

When you’ll find out your fee status

If you apply to Bristol, we’ll confirm your fee status when we make you an offer.

If we need further information from you when we receive your application, we’ll ask you to complete a fee status questionnaire.
