Workstreams

The project comprises four workstreams:

Workstream 1, Best Interests and Healthcare Ethics, led by Prof. Richard Huxtable, focuses on best interests in health care ethics and clinical practice. 

Workstream 2, Best Interests and Healthcare Law, led by Prof. Judy Laing, focuses on best interests in health care law.

Workstream 3, Best Interests and Empirical Bioethics, led by Prof. Jonathan Ives, focuses on developing methodology, impact and public engagement.

Workstream 4, Best Interests in Theory, Practice and Relation, led by Prof. Sheelagh McGuinness and Prof. Richard Huxtable, manages the PhD studentships and visiting fellows scheme and extends the work beyond Bristol.
