Scope of the service
The service is staffed by librarians from organisations across the world. If they are unable to answer your enquiry, they will pass it back to our library staff, who will contact you the next working day.
Librarians staffing the out-of-hours enquiry service cannot answer specific questions about your loans or library account.
They do not have access to usernames and passwords.
You can check your loans, reservations, etc, via My Library Account.
