Rising two places since the 2016 guide, the Law School has continued to progress up these prestigious rankings to secure its position as one of the best in the country.
Commenting on the news, Head of School, Prof Joanne Conaghan commented;
We are really pleased with this result. We are constantly striving to produce intellectually accomplished, well-rounded, enquiring graduates that have a rich, ethically grounded appreciation of law in business and society. The results speak for themselves!
Last week’s The Sunday Times Good University Guide also saw the Law School achieve top position in the South West.
Over the past year the School has moved up all the major rankings and is now positioned within the Top 10 in the UK in the Sunday Times Good University Guide, the QS World Rankings and The Complete University Guide. It was also positioned 4th for Employability in the Guardian’s University Guide.
