The role of the EDI Team

We build organisational and individual capacity to create a university community where people from the broadest possible range of backgrounds can reach their full potential and thrive at work. We focus on cultural and structural change to ensure that the University of Bristol is a great place to work for everybody, regardless of background or circumstance. We structure action three core areas that we have identified as being critical to the effective delivery of sustainable cultural and structural change to uphold our institutional values and support the aims of the University Strategy.
