Study Abroad students
Important information for applicants
The Accommodation Office will acknowledge receipt of your form by email. Please keep us informed of your current email address at all times.
Contracts run from the date you move in and have a fixed tenancy end date. You will remain liable for the rent for the whole contract period, even if you move out before the tenancy end date.
If you are studying for one semester only, you will be required to pay the full accommodation fee when you accept your offer of accommodation.
October 2012 entry
Students who have been offered a place on the Study Abroad Programme for October 2012 entry, and would like to apply for University accommodation, will need to submit an online accommodation application. This will be available from 7 June 2012.
Applications must be submitted by 12 July 2012 to be included in the guarantee.
January 2013 entry
The application process for January 2013 entry students will run from 12 November 2012 to 10 December 2012.
- Freshman accommodation - university allocated residences (this option is not guaranteed)
- Private accommodation - please complete the relevant section on the accommodation form. On completion of your form you will receive passwords to access our property search and bulletin board
