The residences
The University offers a variety of accommodation, including catered and self-catered, en suite and shared rooms. The fees vary according to room type and facilities. Most of our residences are non-smoking throughout, details can be found in our at a glance section.
All University owned residences are managed in compliance with the UUK code of Practice.
Catered residences
All catered Halls of residence are owned and managed by the University. In these residences meals are provided during term-time. A vegetarian option is always available. There are small pantries/kitchens in all catered residences for the preparation of light meals and snacks.

Self-catered residences
Sixteen residences, owned and managed by the University and six partnership residences. These residences all provide shared kitchen/diners for students.
