The residences
The University offers a variety of accommodation, including catered and self-catered, en suite and shared rooms. The fees vary according to room type and facilities. All of our residences are non-smoking throughout.
All University owned residences are managed in compliance with the UUK code of Practice.
Catered residences
All catered Halls of residence are owned and managed by the University. In these residences meals are provided during term-time. A vegetarian option is always available. There are small pantries/kitchens in all catered residences for the preparation of light meals and snacks.

Self-catered residences
Four Halls of residence and thirteen student houses, owned and managed by the University. Self-catered accommodation is also provided within two partnership residences. These residences all provide shared kitchen/diners for students. The largest group size is 18 students, but in the majority of cases it is 5-8 sharing a flat.
