Accommodation guarantee
2012 Entry
The University guarantees to provide an offer of accommodation for new full-time undergraduate, Study Abroad Programme and International Foundation Programme students during their first year of study in Bristol provided that they:
- return the accommodation form by the given deadline 12 July 2012 for UK/EU and Study Abroad Programme students 31 August 2012 for overseas fee paying students
- firmly accept their offer of study by the given deadline 12 July 2012 for UK/EU and Study Abroad Programme students 31 August 2012 for overseas fee paying students
- are unaccompanied
Special support is available for under 18 students in designated residences and candidates who will be under 18 when their studies start can only apply to Badock Hall, Clifton Hill House, Culver House, Goldney Hall, 115 Queens Road, The Hawthorns, Unite House and Woodland Court.
The guarantee does not apply to students who:
- miss the application deadline
- have not firmly accepted their offer of study by the given deadline
- have previously studied at the University
- are on an EU exchange (Erasmus) programme
The Accommodation Guarantee will be withdrawn if an applicant fails to meet the terms of their offer of study by 31 August 2012.
