Choosing your accommodation

Factors to consider

Choosing what type of accommodation will suit you best can be difficult, but there are some main points to consider about your lifestyle and preferences.

Make sure you read the information on the residences to get a feel of the range of accommodation Bristol has to offer.

Be cautious about relying too much on information you find on social networking or “alternative prospectus” sites, remember that what you are reading is just one person’s opinion and may be out of date. The character of a residence is 99% down to the students who live there and they change every year. If you have any questions email accom-office@bristol.ac.uk

Please note that the information for 2012/13 is in the process of being updated. This will be completed by 1 June 2012. After this date and before you apply for your first year accommodation, we would advise you to read this guide again, to ensure you have the most up to date information.
