Book a wellbeing appointment

If you are finding things hard at university, whether it's with your studies, personal circumstances or anything else, you can book an appointment with an adviser to work out a way forward.

You can book a 45-minute appointment with an adviser to discuss any difficulties you have.

How advisers can help

Advisers can offer information and advice, helping you to make a plan of action, or they can refer you to other services that may be able to help.

They can offer support to help you overcome challenges and thrive at university. The purpose of your appointment is to help you:

  • understand your options and what is available to you
  • take control of your situation with confidence

If you have experienced sexual violence or misconduct, please make an appointment with our specialist teams instead.

Book an appointment based on where you live
