Below are the term dates for undergraduate courses provided to the Student Loans Company (SLC) for funding purposes.
These dates are used by the Student Loans Company to calculate funding payment dates and, in the result of a student suspending or withdrawing from their course, the dates are used to calculate the tuition fee funding the student is entitled to.
Please note, for returns to SLC, the vacation dates are included as part of the term which they follow. E.g. if a student withdraws during the spring vacation, this is classed as having withdrawn during term 2.
These dates apply to all standard UG programmes.
Please note: There are a handful of UG courses which do not conform to these dates and the SLC are notified of the specific dates for these.
