Areas of expertise

  • Supporting researchers in applying for EU and international competitive research funding, as well as UK funding which requires international partners.
  • Supporting international research development through internal funding schemes to host visiting academics from around the world as well as mobility grants for Bristol researchers.
  • Coordinating activities led by the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), a group of 24 research-intensive institutions spanning six continents.
  • Supporting the Perivoli Africa Research Centre (PARC) mission to champion transformative research collaborations between Africa and the global North.

  • UK Collaborative on Development Research (UKCDR) is a group of 14 UK government departments and research funders working in international development. Its webpages include impact case studies, news, events, articles as well as other tips and tools helpful for navigating development research.
