Interviews
Welcome to Interview Days at Experimental Psychology at Bristol
We are delighted to be able to offer you an interview for our degree programme at Bristol. As you are aware, we make this offer to applicants who present a ‘non-standard’ application in terms of their qualifications and life experiences.
Our usual practice is to offer you a 15-20 min interview with Admissions Tutors, plus additional time for questions. We would ask you to choose a slot that best suits you.
As part of your visit, we are also pleased to welcome you to an informal lunch between 12noon and 2pm in the Psychology Common Room. We hope you will take this opportunity that will enable you to talk to existing students who followed a more varied career path prior to studying Psychology at degree level, as well as a member of academic staff.
From 9.30-4.00pm, we will also present a poster display in the Psychology Common Room that will provide extensive detail about our BSc Hons programme. You will be able to access this information during lunch, and an academic member of staff will be available over lunch to answer any questions you may have.
If you have any difficulties regarding access or arrangements around the Interview Days, then please contact Emily Heseltine in the School of Experimental Psychology on Emily.Heseltine@bristol.ac.uk (Telephone: +44 (0)117 95 46832)
We wish you a safe and pleasant journey and we look forward to meeting you.
Dr Josie Briscoe, Dr Chris Benton, Prof Colin Davis (Admissions Tutors)
