DHL

Large parcels, multiple items and international parcels are best sent via DHL. Many schools and departments have their own DHL account. You can use Print Service's account if your school or department doesn't have one.

Sending items via DHL

We recommend that large parcels, multiple items and international parcels are sent via DHL.

Using a school or department DHL account

You should send items using your school or department's DHL account.

If you are sending these items on a regular basis, schools and departments can set up their own University linked DHL account.

Using the Post Room's DHL account

You can use the Post Room's account if your school or department does not have one. The Post Room will collect parcels weighing up to 2 kg from our post collection locations. Items should be clearly marked that they are to be sent via DHL, with the sender's details and charge code. You must also include your email address, the recipient’s email address, and the recipient’s telephone number. This ensures updates, or any difficulties or delays can be provided.

If your parcel is over 2 kg in weight, you will need to arrange for it to be delivered to the Post Room

International shipping

Refer to our international shipping guidance before sending your item internationally. We are unable to send items internationally if they are not accompanied with the relevant customs information.
