We offer UK post services, and DHL courier delivery for schools and departments without their own account. We provide guidance on customs declarations for international deliveries. Our bulk mailing service includes print personalisation, envelope printing, and enclosing.
- Royal MailStaff can use the Post Room to send Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post, as well as Signed For and Special Delivery items. You can send parcels up to 2 kg via Royal Mail.
- DHLLarge parcels, multiple items and international parcels are best sent via DHL. Many schools and departments have their own DHL account. You can use Print Service's account if your school or department doesn't have one.

- International shipping guidanceAll international couriers require a completed customs declaration for letters, large letters or parcels. This needs to be completed by the sender and loosely attached to the item.
- Royal Mail surchargesRoyal Mail sometimes issue surcharge notifications where insufficient postage was added by the sender. You can pay the surcharge using a credit card by visiting royalmail.com/feetopay and quote the reference on the notification, alternatively you can place the card in your post collection tray for the Post Room to process on your behalf. Please note, the Post Room will only process surcharges if there is a short code or valid budget code clearly written on the notification next to the reference.
- Volume and bulk mailingWe project manage high volume mailings (500+ items). This includes the printing, fulfilment and despatch. Some bulk mailings can secure postal discounts. The minimum quantities are 4,000 letters or 1,000 large letters.
- Size guidelinesThe cost of sending items in the post will depend on their size and weight.
