Physical storage

The University uses an external storage provider, Restore, to store physical records. This is managed by the University's Sectretary's Office. Check steps involved in Records management.

The University Archive documents and preserves the establishment and development of the institution's most significant functions and activities. Information identified as of historical value is marked on the University's Records Retention Schedule. These records should be actively and routinely transferred to the University Archives. To be sure no records of historical value are destroyed, please contact Records Management (data-protection.ac.uk) who will support you with the cleansing of files before any transfer takes place.
